Wafid (GAMCA) Medical Requirements
What to bring and how to prepare for your GCC visa medical appointment.
Original Passport + Photocopy
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months. Bring a clear A4 photocopy of the bio-data page.
2–4 Passport-Size Photos
Recent photos with a white background. No glasses or headgear (except for religious reasons).
Wafid Booking Confirmation
Print or screenshot your booking confirmation from the Wafid portal. The centre will scan the QR code.
Visa & Sponsor Details
Visa category (Work, Family, Domestic Worker) and sponsor or employer reference number.
Medical History
Be prepared to declare any history of TB, HIV, Hepatitis, previous surgeries, pregnancy, or chronic illness.
National ID (where required)
Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka applicants should also carry their NID/CNIC/Nagarikta/NIC.
On the day: Arrive 30 minutes early. Wear loose clothing (X-ray requires removing upper garments). The process takes 1.5–2.5 hours. Results are not given on the day — they appear on the Wafid portal in 3–5 working days.
