How long does your medical report last β and what happens if it expires before your visa is processed?
Standard Validity: 3 Months
For Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain, the Wafid medical report is valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of the test.
Saudi Arabia β 3 months
Must be stamped before Iqama application.
UAE β 3 months
Required before visa stamping.
Qatar β 3 months
Qatar Visa Centre requires fresh medical if expired.
Kuwait β 3 months
Submit with visa application at embassy.
Oman β 3 months
Required for Residence Card issuance.
Bahrain β 3 months
Required for CPR registration.
What happens if my report expires?
You must retake the full medical examination. There is no renewal or extension.
Can I retest after an Unfit result?
Yes, in most cases after 3 months and addressing the condition. Kuwait has stricter rules β check with your sponsor.
Can I extend the validity?
No. The 3-month window is fixed. Plan your visa timeline accordingly.
